Current Certificate of Insurance with HoneyDid named additional insured. We never dispatch without it.
W-9 + signed IC agreement
Every contractor signs our independent contractor agreement, which sets the standards they have to hit on your home.
Reference checks + ratings
New contractors are reference-checked before their first job. Every job ends with a homeowner-confirmed sign-off that feeds the contractor score.
Contractors who fail any check don't get on the bench. Contractors who slip after they're on the bench come off it.
