Questions, answered
Is there a contract?
No. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the next renewal date.
What does the service fee cover?
The service fee covers your Personal Home Manager running the job for you: vetting contractors, packaging the scope, negotiating the price, holding payment until you confirm the work is done, and customer care if something goes wrong. The fee is built into the all-in proposal price, not added on top. What you see is what you pay.
What if work is not done to my standard?
Tell us within 7 days and we work with you and the contractor in good faith to make it right. Payment is held until you confirm, so we have real leverage to resolve issues on your behalf.
Can I switch tiers or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Pro-ration applies on upgrades.
Do you cover interior services?
Yes. The /services catalog covers both: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interior cleaning, painting, appliance service, and detector checks all live there alongside exterior categories. Anything that does not fit a category (a kitchen remodel, an oddball repair) goes through your Personal Home Manager directly on the same account.
