Pressure washing is a category where the technique matters as much as the equipment. Too much pressure strips paint and damages cedar siding; too little leaves the mildew that drove you to hire someone in the first place. We route to crews who soft-wash (chemical + low pressure) for house siding and standard-pressure for concrete.
Spring is the busy season. Most homeowners book house washing and window cleaning in a single visit for the May through June window. Booking by early April gets you a better crew and a better price.
Roof soft-washing (for moss and algae on north-facing slopes, especially common in East GR and Ada) is a specialty service. Only a subset of our contractors do it, and they use low-pressure chemical treatments rather than pressure washing a roof.

Seasonality in West Michigan
Pressure washing runs April through October. Window cleaning is year-round but concentrates in spring and fall. Roof soft-wash is best in moderate temperatures (May, September).

Common questions
- Will pressure washing damage my siding?
- Not if done correctly. For vinyl and painted wood siding, we require soft-wash (low pressure with a cleaning solution). Full-pressure washing on siding is a red flag, and we don't route to contractors who do that.
- Do you do commercial buildings?
- Residential only for now.
